But you shall receive Power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth. Acts 1:8 NKJV
One on the thing that we don’t want to ever not do in our Christian walk is to not share the Gospel of Christ the Good News. I know at first especially if you are a new Christian it could be hard to share because you are new to it yourself. But the good news is that you don’t have to share in a way that you seem like you are judging someone. You may even feel that you are not worthy enough to share, or you may not think it is as important to share but it is. If you are a true Christian, follower of Christ, there is no way you can live the Christian life without sharing Christ. You may encounter someone who may be going through a tough time, you don’t have to make it sound depressing or like you are better than them, but you can just share how he bought you through, how other Brothers and Sisters were praying for you and you made it! It is just that simple. You are not forcing Christ on them but simply witnessing what he has done for you! This scripture says that when the Holy Spirit comes you will receive Power! When he comes there is no longer, I can’t but it is I can through Christ, through the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit gives you a Pass, a special ticket, Special Access to signs wonders and miracles in your life and those around you that you are praying for and encouraging. God has over and over shown me that when you receive Power, The Holy Spirit the Holy Spirit He gets creative and he can create, fun ways to share the gospel, unique ways, interesting and diverse ways for you to help someone other than you just saying “Honey you need Jesus”! There is no reason why if you are a Christian you should not be sharing the Good News. God has created so many venues that even Children can do it!
If it was good news to you, be assured that it is good news for them also. God is not a respecter of persons. Sharing the good news is awesome and it is most importantly a requirement from God. There are so many ways you can share the Gospel through your gifts and talents. This way happens to be mine and through my Facebook page that I use as a tool to minster to my friends and loved one. You have one too. Maybe yours is at work and people see you reading the word at your desk. Maybe it is when you like and post pictures on your Instagram page of Christian quotes and bible scriptures and your followers or friends that are not Christians see it and they are moved by one of them. It could even be a book that you share. You never know how God will work through the resources and gifts he gives you and others. I encourage you to share the love of Christ. Lives will be changed for the better. Be encouraged and excited about sharing the love of Christ. It really is an exciting time!
