No Temptation Has Overtaken You!

May you be wise to the enemy's schemes and winsomely in love with Jesus. May you discern how to stand in your current battle and fully depend on God to deliver you. May you resist the temptation to despair and reclaim the promis written over you life. In every way, may you embrace your identity in Christ, engage your faith to live the life He's offered you, and enjoy the sacred journey

No temptation has overtaken you except such as is common to man; but God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able, but with the temptation will also make the way of escape, that you may be able to bear it. 1 Corinthians 10:13 NKJV

For no temptation (no trial regarded as enticing to sin), [no matter how it comes or where it leads] has overtaken you and laid hold on you that is not common to man [that is, no temptation or trial has come to you that is beyond human resistance and that is not [a]adjusted and [b]adapted and belonging to human experience, and such as man can bear]. But God is faithful [to His Word and to His compassionate nature], and He [can be trusted] not to let you be tempted and tried and assayed beyond your ability and strength of resistance and power to endure, but with the temptation He will [always] also provide the way out (the means of escape to [c]a landing place), that you may be capable and strong and powerful to bear up under it patiently.  1 Corinthians 10:13AMP

This scripture really touched me today because I get to see how awesome God is and how he is always looking out for his.  For me this is no temptation like causing you to be Afraid and therefore question your faith shall overtake you.  Sometime we use this only when we are going through something bad like a fight, an argument, or just to not do something that you know is wrong but is for fear, I believe that fear that causes you  to  question your faith or to waver in what God words says is a temptation.  The Devil produces a lot of temptation and cause you to doubt your faith is one if them.  See he works both ends of your relationship you and God has.  He goes to God and accuse you that you don't deserve anything from God, them he comes to you to try you and to temp you to make  you believe that God does not love you or care about you.  This is how the enemy works.  But I have added the New King James Version and the Amplified Version because this version really digs to the core of the scripture.   It ends with God being faithful and making a way of escape.   That if we are going through it, that means we can handle it.  Nothing will be as painful as it is intended to be because of God's hand on your life.  I get so much joy in my heart thinking of this scripture because of what it means.
