Believe and Doubt Not

Matthew 21:19-24

Seeing a fig tree by the road, he went up to it but found nothing on it except leaves. Then he said to it, “May you never bear fruit again!” Immediately the tree withered.
When the disciples saw this, they were amazed. “How did the fig tree wither so quickly?” they asked.
Jesus replied, “Truly I tell you, if you have faith and do not doubt, not only can you do what was done to the fig tree, but also you can say to this mountain, ‘Go, throw yourself into the sea,’ and it will be done.  If you believe, you will receive whatever you ask for in prayer.”

I wanted to leave you with the remainer of you day with these scriptures.  These scriptures have helped me today and for the past week.  About 8months ago. I got really sick from a medicine that I was not only alergic to but was administered to much of.  It was to cure a simple bacteria infection but that was not the case.  I spend months afterward going through so much, anxiety, slight depression, highblood pressure, and a lot of other health issues.  up until a couple of days ago I have been dealing with some issues from the blood pressure medicine I was on for 2 months.  Sometimes I feel so lighthheaded and it come all of a sudden and last for a couple to a few days.  I was just so tired of going through it and I had been confession healing and praying but I will still get these headaches.

Monday after dropping the kids off to school I went to church to pray.  I was the only one there and I cried out to my father.  I had cast all my cares upon him and I picked up the bible and was lead to the scripture Matthew 21:19-24  So after I read it I confessed my healing and not only believed that he can do it, I believed he was going to do it for me if I doubt not.  He says if we doubt not we can have whatver we ask and it shall be done!  Later in that day around 3pm that lightheadedness went away!  See I am trying to help someone today!  Your Father who is in heaveny has told you that If you do not doubt him he will give you what you need!  hear me today.  Give it all to him and doubt not and see what the God has for you.  If you are his he will help you.  He has done it for me over and over again!  I am believing that I will never get those again but if  I do I can be certain that he will take it away again and again.  We do have to remeber what Paul said about what trails and suffering does so if God is taking you somewhere you will be test and tried, the enemy wants to discourage you but  I challenge you to doubt him not today for your situation.  He loves you! He does not desire for you to be unhappy, in so much pain, in hurt! We do have obstacles but he does not want us to stay there, that is why he ask you to doubt him not and you can have it!  What an awesome God!  Marrired...doubt him not, finances...doubt him not, health...doubt him not!  He is willing and able he is just waiting for his people fully trust him, to be fully persuaded that he can and will perform in out lives!

Sisters in Christ take heart this scripture today and sit back and see the Lord perform in your life!

Bess the Lord (Oh My Soul)

Bless the Lord Oh my soul; And all that is within me, bless his holy name!
Bless the Lord oh my soul, And forget not all his benefits:
Who forgives all your iniquities
Who heals all your diseases,
Who redeems your life from destruction, who crowns you with loving kindness and tender mercies
Who satisfies your mouth with good things, So that your youth is renewed like the eagle's.
Psalm 103:1-5

This scripture is really ministering me to me this week and I love that David tells us to forget not all his benefits.  When I got the news that my Husband was going to be out of work in 3 weeks due to the company going out of business although it was devastating to hear this scripture came to my mind when I started to think about what he told me.  I was in the kitchen washing dishes and I was just thinking about what he told me 2 minutes prior and then God spoke to me and said bless the Lord oh my soul and forget not his benefits!

No Matter what you may be facing today, tonight or whenever, forget not the benefits that you are entitled to as a child of God.  Know that in the midst of the storm God is waiting to give you all the benefits that he has been storing up for those who love him.  although Jesus left to prepare a place for us that has many rooms, he has also given us things we can posses right here on earth.  He can heal your diseases, snatch you out of the hand of the enemy, he forgives your sins! Yes the King of King, the Lord of Lord satisfy us with good things.

So please keep this scripture to heart lean on these very words and trust that they are true.

God Bless have a wonderful Friday Night

Daily Devotional March22nd

Luke 5-1-7

One day as Jesus was standing by the Lake of Gennesaret, the people were crowding around him and listening to the word of God. 2 He saw at the water’s edge two boats, left there by the fishermen, who were washing their nets. 3 He got into one of the boats, the one belonging to Simon, and asked him to put out a little from shore. Then he sat down and taught the people from the boat.
4 When he had finished speaking, he said to Simon, “Put out into deep water, and let down the nets for a catch.”
5 Simon answered, “Master, we’ve worked hard all night and haven’t caught anything. But because you say so, I will let down the nets.”
6 When they had done so, they caught such a large number of fish that their nets began to break. 7 So they signaled their partners in the other boat to come and help them, and they came and filled both boats so full that they began to sink.

Going Deep into your walk with God requires you to go deep into your faith. Sometimes we are still way on the other side waiting for things to just happen for us.  That job, the finances, the Children to get their act together or even family members to be saved.  But today  I would like to challenge your thinking and say maybe we have not gone out into the deep?  Maybe our Faith is not deep to where we can fully get what God wants us to have.  Consider your Money, you feel that you don't have what you need financially.  You may not see yourself saving money at all.  Consider if you are faithful in your tithing.  Do you tithe according to what you have after you have paid all your bills and taken care of what you needed to take care of, or are your going deep in your faith and paying God his 10 percent before you have paid any of the bills you have?  Are you doing what Malachi said to bring all your tithe into the storehouse.  Or are you giving God your first fruit?

Consider Your daily activites, are you just barely having enough time to pray or study God's word to where you are rushing it through or falling asleep while reading and studying his word. Or are you going deep and waking up 30 min or and hour early to study his word and pray because once you start your day and by the end you know you will be tired and will not give him your all?

I am taking about going deep like Jesus told the two fishermen.  You may feel like everyone around you are getting blessed by God but you are not.  Like the two men while everyone else was listening to Jesus teach they were on the other side by themselves.  Jesus wanted them to receive everything the others were receiving.  He went to them and taught them his word and them he wanted them to act in the faith he was teaching them about.  When he told them to throw their nets out they did not want to because they had done that probably hundreds of times that day and caught nothing!  Simon said but because you said so I will let down my net.  See Simon finally realized from fishing all day that he has no power to do anything that is worth something and it work with out Jesus!  He now realized that the power is not in him or his net but in Christ.  His faith is in Christ alone!  Once he put his faith out into the deep they had enough to fill both boats.  He wants you today to put out your faith into the deep! He wants you to go deeper in him so that you can catch what you were out searching for all night.  He want you to have your hearts desires but your faith needs to go beyone the shallow of the water, it needs to go beyond what you can think, beyone what you think you know.  We need to seek first his kingdom and all his righteousness and all these things will be added unto you.  The Finances you need to take care of your family, the saved loved ones you are praying for, the husband you are praying for, the children, the job it is all already there but you have not let your net deep enough! Jesus said put out into deep water..  He is telling you what you need to do.  He was telling them to put your faith out into deep water.  They came out successful and you will to if you do what Jesus told the two fishermen.  I pray this blessed  you because as I was writing this it has truly blessed me.

Orange For Freedom ( The Fight against Human Trafficking)

I talked about two weeks ago about the Race for Freedom to help and stop those that have been effected by human trafficking.  Once I learned of this I knew immediately I had to do something to help.  I have been busy for the last two days getting involved.  On the race for freedom toward This issue all over the world I wanted to help in a way that I know I had to put in some work.  It is easy to just simply give but I wanted to show God that I wanted to sacrifice.  I sacrificed time, and money and let me tell you it felt great!  I have made some items in Orange! The colors that represent this mission.  I am going to sell them in my Etsy Shop and all the money toward these items will go directly to the Human Trafficking Mission.  Here is what I have made so far! I am planning to be bust the next two days making more items.

If  you want to get involved and help Pastor Pat and his Wife MaryAnn with their mission to save young girls and women, you can click here and you can receive your Orange for Freedom Item

Sunday Night Feed The Needy!

We will be feeding the needy Sunday Evening at 6pm. If you are interested and are local and want to be apart of the great commission please come on out. There will be song, a timely message and then the feeding! We will have clothes that people have donated to help clothe those who need clothing. We always have a great time and it is such a blessing to be able to help those who are less fortunate than we are. We will be at the Good Samaritan On Florida Ave. I want to thank all those who have made it possible to do the feedings, without your donation of clothes, and shoes we will not be able to clothe those who need. Without your financial support this feeding will not be possible. I believe we are on our 4th feeding since November 2010! We are feeding sometimes 100 people and it is truly because of you who sow! I know some of you that visit the site and are members are not local but if you would like to sow toward this outreach ministry please see my donation button in my side bar and specify
what you are sowing toward. After you have done that if you would send me an email with any prayer request I would like to pray with you and agree with you in any area of your life that you need God to answer. I believe because of your generosity God will move in your life. God loves a cheerful giver! The bible says give and It will given back to you in good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over.Luke 6:38 So if you can come on out and share the love of Christ with those who need to experience the heart of Jesus!

God Bless
Hope to see you there!

Daily Devotional March14

You have turned for me my mourning into dancing; You have put off my sackcloth and clothed me with gladness, To the end that my glory may sing praise to You and not be silent. O Lord my God, I will give thanks to you forever.  Psalm 30:11-12

While doing my personal bible study I saw this scripture and it has described my feeling toward my God this morning.  Sometimes it is hard for me to express my love for God in my own words...Sometimes when  I think about the goodness of God My eyes water and my heart overfills with joy and a passion to just praise his Holy name.  God has already done so much for me that just that alone is enough to praise him.  I know this is true for you also.  Sometimes when we are in prayer we have to pray his words.  Sometimes our own words cannot get the breakthrough we need, that presence we need from him in that moment.  David was a nam after God's own heart!  He wanted to do whatever it was God wanted.  He wanted to think like him, talk like him, and be all that God desired him to be.  No wonder Samuel went through about 13 sons before he found the one God spoke of that was after his heart.  Sure they all had the looks, the physical stature, but God said to look at none of these because these things I have refused.  1Samuel 16:6-7  For the Lord does not see as man sees; for man looks at the outward appearance but the Lord looks at the "heart".  When God looks at your heart and see it is beating the same beat as his, then will he begin to turn everything around for you.  Let his presence, his goodness, he mercies, his grace turn your mourning into dancing! Sure life throws us things unexpected, not wanted, and totally unfair but  Do like David did and dance your way out of mourning, and let him clothe you with gladness!  Don't be silent about the goodness of God! Share it today with someone. Just like someone who will read this today needed to hear this goodness because they are going trough something.  So is it that someone who is reading this can be reminded to share and help someone at work, at home, during a lunch meeting, during church, at the school you attend, your kids school, everywhere!  Someone needs to know that although there are things for me to mourn about, I will dance, I will praise, I will thank him because God is good and all the time and all the time God is good! psalm 23  John 10:11-18!

Dance Today!

Operation Handmade Blessings

Hello to everyone! I pray that your weekend is going well.  I also hope that each of you have had a chance to pray for those in Japan and keep them lifted in your thoughts.  May God send those who are able to meet their needs in each and every area give them whatever they need to make it to them and to aid and assist them.

I wanted to share something that God has placed in my heart to do.  Before all these things went on in Japan god spoke to me about doing more for the people I am serving through Nursing Home Ministry.  He has place Operation Handmade Blessings in my path and I am going to follow his desires.  Some know that God has given me the gift of Crafting and scrapbooking. God spoke to me and told me I should start a operation where Myself and other crafters around the world make handmade items that will benefit the elderly who live in ALF's and Nursing Homes.  We will them every three months distribute item to the homes to bless them with joy, happiness, and little gifts from the hearts of those who created them.  We are taking your handmade donations : Cards, hannd made bookmarks, mini albums, paperbag albums, shirt pins, decorated and handmade hair pins and bows, crochet hats, socks, slippers, beaded bracelets, necklaces and earrings, and much more.  I am so excited about this because I get to use the gift my Heavenly Father gave me and give back into the community and put smiles on the faces of people who are sometimes lonely, don't have family to visit, miss home and having things they normally would have.  In some cases we are their family and that is totally fine with me.  Please visit my site I created for this operation and it has all the information there for you. Daily DevotionalMarch10

I just wanted to leave someone with this message.  Someone is thinking about this and God has spoken to me to leave this scripture with you today.

And if a woman has a husband who is not a believer and he is willing to live with her, she must not divorce him. For the unbelieving husband has been sanctified through his wife, and the unbelieving wife has been sanctified through her believing husband. Otherwise your children would be unclean, but as it is, they are holy. How do you know, wife, whether you will save your husband? Or, how do you know, husband, whether you will save your wife? 1 Cor 7:13, 14, 16

My sisters you can't take advice from just anyone when dealing with this issue. Although they may have your best intrest at heart not everyone can give you the advice that the bible speaks about.  They may have been through the same or worse and are left bitter unfourtunally.  That does not have to be you.  Read and meditate on those scripture above.  You cannot change your spouse or make him love God.  Your way of living for Christ and your love for him should show and he will see that this God you serve has brought the best out in you.  I have been there and I tried for years to "make him Love my God"!  But it does not work like that.  If he sees your judgement and scornfull attitude toward his lack of faith it will surely make it worse.  Just live for God and be obedient and let God do his job.  IT is only so ling someone can be around the light and not follow.

Love you all!

Human Trafficking (Breaks The Heart Of God)!

I would love to share with you today about something that is so hurting and sadly a problem that has struct the world all over.  Sunday at my church a ministry founded by Pastor Pat and his wife Mary Ann was gracious enough to come and share this ministry to break and end human trafficking.  I was aware of this seeing it a few times on 20/20 and also the movie called Human Trafficking that appreared on Lifetime some years back.  When I think of it, it breaks me to pieces.  I think of my children, and how horrible that is.  Young Children as young as age 14 are being exploited and sold all over the world.  Just here in the United States the three top states for Human Trafficking:
#1 California
#2 New York
# 3 Florida

It is not just the organization but there are Mothers, Fathers, Brothers who are selling young girls for profit.  It has become more proftable than selling drugs because these young women, and children are getting sold over and over again.  One girl can be sold 50 times in one day.  This breaks the heart of God and this ministry has raised up an army to fight against Human Trafficking.  They have build a dream house where they house women who have been a victim of  this crime.  They represent the color orange ( Orange For Freedom)!  You can go to their site http://www.runforfreedom.net/ if you would like to see and get more information on this and see where you can help!  They need prayers for strength to do this work, and laborors, anything that you can do to help is on the site.  I encourage everyone who visit this ministry and is apart of the ministry to go to the site and be aware!  This breaks the heart of God as pastor Pat put it and he is absolutely right these are our children who are being exploited and sold for sex and beaten, bruised and we as the body of Christ have to take a stand.

Click on this picture and you are on your way to stopping Human Trafficking .  If you know anyone that may be a victim to this crime please call the hotline 1888-3737-888 This is a 24 hour number! To get more numbers that can give you more info about this crime go to the site.

Daily Devotional March 4th

This is a daily devotional from a site where I listen to their christian radio locally here in Florida.  Homeword!  I get them daily and don't have a chance to read them because I am busy coming up with my own daily devotionals here for my ministry, but I thought this was a good one and her daily devotional hit a part in my heart today to remind me that I am human and although I love the Lord and want to please him in every way, I am still human. Check it out.

Escape
By Leslie Snyder

And whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, giving thanks to God the Father through him.

Colossians 3:23

Today, I want to scream! Not so much out of anger, but more out of frustration. People are in my way this week. That may sound a bit absurd, but today it feels true. I have a list of tasks to accomplish and people just keep getting in the way. I wish I could say these were divine interruptions, you know, opportunities to help someone, share an encouraging word or something a little more redeemable. But they aren’t. These interruptions are just the normal, traffic backups, road closures, petty inconveniences, and unexpected bills that just rub you the wrong way, the way a small pebble stuck in your shoe during a day-long hike starts as an inconvenience and ends as a major pain.

I suspect you have experienced a day or two like this as well. I sure don’t “feel” very holy today, very Christ-like or redeemed. I just feel very human. Honestly, it’s days like today that my first thought is to shut down the computer, pack up my stuff and make my escape!

But, then, after having a chance to regain some composure and perspective, my thoughts return back home. Yes, people get in the way, but isn’t that the way it’s supposed to be? God created us to live in community, not isolation. We are meant to rub shoulders with each other, to need each other, to work alongside each other, whether we like, or even know, those around us. People are communal and like it or not, we share this earth with a few billion other people. And so, we’re bound to have days like these.

And so, today we travel together as fellow humans, friends along this messy journey of life, of faith, of sin and redemption. And as we travel, may we all remember the truth of Scripture that many of us learned as the Golden Rule from Matthew 7:12, “So in everything, do to others what you would have them do to you.”

GOING DEEPER:
What types of situations seem to get the best of you? The next time you find yourself in that situation, remember to treat others the way you would want to be treated.
