Rejoicing In the Midst of Problems

We can rejoice, too when we run into problems and trials, for we know that they help us develop endurance.  And endurance develops strength of character, and character strengthens our confident hope of salvation.  Romans 5:3-4

I love that a horrible situation I went through did not destroy me but it built up what is spoken about in Romans 5:3-4.  I have been strengthen in every fiber of my being because I know that those things I went through I had the help of God, that I was able to depend on his unchanging hand to keep me throughout all I was going through.  Sometimes times our health does not mean anything to us until it is failing us and for some it is too late.  Some do not get the change to make better decisions with their bodies.  Our minds our thoughts, the foods we eat all play an important roll in how good of health we will be in.  If I had not gone through that crisis I will still be eating the same way which did not include foods that gives my body good nieutrients, I would not be excerising as much as I am now.  God brought me through and while I was in pain, suffering and trials, I thanked my creator, I held on to his promises and knew that I will oneday be strong, healthy, and full of life that his son came to give me.  One thing I want us to also remember is that we have consider our ways.  Consider what we are doing that we have control over to help stop what we are currently going through.  Of course we don't have control over everything but the things we do have control over lets make sure we are making the right decisions.

God Bless,

Rejoice in the Lord always and again I say, again
